Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield created a wonderful of daily mindfulness. It assists in covering areas of our lives in small bite size pieces. Just offering this series as a tool; am not affliated with it in any way.
It guides you through 40 messages in four categories. Each lesson lasts about 10-15 minutes and offers a small amount of space at the end to relax and apply the information offered.
